Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize operational processes for driver onboarding, support, and compliance
- Ensure operational efficiency and quality across day-to-day supply-side operations
- Maintain accuracy of operational data and documentation
- Support operational readiness and implementation for new features, policies, or programs
- Support acquisition and retention initiatives through targeted campaigns and strategic messaging
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders through proactive follow-ups and ongoing support
- Work in cross-functional teams to deliver projects from ideation through implementation
- Use data-driven analytics to identify driver behaviour and operational trends, and translate insights into actionable projects
- Implement process improvements to reduce cost, increase efficiency, and improve driver experience
- Develop strong knowledge of the industry and driver journey to design and refine value propositions
- Provide day-to-day operational support to internal stakeholders
- Assist with regulatory operations and preparation of operational documentation
- Readiness to work in a fast-paced, high intensity start-up environment
- A strong sense of initiative with the willingness to go-the-extra-mile for both internal and external stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail when delivering accurate and consistent results
- Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player who keeps the team abreast of latest developments
- First-class communication skills and ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds

- Results-oriented and data-driven mindset with a proven track record of success in achieving goals
- Working knowledge of Singapore’s ride-hailing and point-to-point transport industry
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or related disciplines.
- Previous experience in ride-hailing, transport, or logistics is a plus
- Experience in analytics and data-driven decision making is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (E.g., Word/PowerPoint/Excel) skills
- Experience with EDM platforms and content management is an advantage
- Familiarity with Singapore’s ride-hailing and point-to-point transport industry is a plus
