Marketing Business Development Executive

GSM Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based turnkey contractor and manufacturer of low voltage switchgear and control gear assemblies, located in northern Singapore. We are looking for a proactive and versatile Business Development/Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence in SE Asia.
This role combines strategic business development with marketing initiatives to promote our electrical switchboard solutions to consultants, owners and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in data centre, transportation, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with consultants, owners, contractors, and end-users
- Promote electrical switchboards and control panels, highlighting technical features and solutions.
- Track upcoming projects and market opportunities in SE Asia.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions
- Perform other related tasks as deemed reasonable by the Management
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-4 years' experience in business development and marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in written and spoken English, ability to communicate in local dialects is preferred.
