Recruitment consultant, contracting division (commerce)

As a Recruitment Consultant, within our contracting you will be responsible for:

  • Acquisition and Client Management: Formulating development plans, initiating sales activities to attract business, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their future priorities.
  • Recruitment and Candidate Management: Sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates through various activities like networking and referrals to meet client demands.
  • Consultative Advisory: Providing expert advice to both clients and candidates regarding salary levels, career progression, and training requirements.

What to expect from the role of Recruitment Consultant:

  • 360-Degree Recruitment (talent & client partnership) : Expertly managing the full recruitment life cycle—from business development and account management to candidate sourcing, interview preparation, and offer negotiation.
  • Client Acquisition & Growth: Identifying and engaging new businesses and expanding existing client accounts through exceptional service delivery
  • Conducting client meetings with HR contacts or hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and share
  • Conducting candidate interviews, negotiating salary package and providing interview tips ...

Writing job advertisements, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks, offer management and etc.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you may have at least 2 years of experience in sales or recruitment. Proven track record working with clients from financial services industry will be highly preferred. However we are open to seeking the best driven talent for our organisation and even candidates with no prior recruitment experience will be considered.
