QC Inspector

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• To perform Visual Test, Hardness Test, Thickness Test, Ferritic check, PMI, data recording, Qty and inspection, and measurement.
• Act as an internal independent party for verification of quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing materials meeting specifications and requirements.
• To perform documentation review as well as storage and retrieval.
• Support in achieving the department Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
• Communicate with Purchasing on raw material quality issues.
• Follow instructions as assigned by Project Lead or QA/QC & Sustainability Manager and take up any other related tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC or its equivalent and above.
• Required skills: Such as MS Office, interpersonal and communication.
• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently.
