About the role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Education to join our dynamic team at IRIS EDUCATE PTE. LTD. in the Jurong East West Region. As the Director of Education, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and delivery of our vocational education programmes.This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of dedicated educators, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
What you'll be doing- Provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of innovative and engaging vocational education programmes
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the education department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of courses
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment by supporting and developing the teaching faculty
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, regulatory bodies, and the local community
- Monitor and analyse educational outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of IRIS EDUCATE PTE. LTD. by actively participating in strategic planning and decision-making
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior educational leadership role, preferably in the vocational education sector
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing educational programmes that meet the evolving needs of students and industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in educational policy, curriculum design, and teaching and learning best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Postgraduate qualification in Education, Management, or a related field is highly desirable
