Indoor Technical Sales Executive
To support sales activities by providing technical advice, quotation preparation, and customer coordination, ensuring accurate solutions, timely responses, and smooth order processing. This role is primarily office-based and requires strong technical understanding of the company’s products.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Support & Customer Handling
Handle incoming sales enquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Support external sales team with technical clarifications and follow-ups.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.- Quotation & Order Processing
Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements.
Ensure correct pricing, lead time, and technical specifications.
Process sales orders and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams.
Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and backorders.- Documentation & Compliance Support
Prepare and provide technical documents such as datasheets, manuals, brochures, and certificates.
Support documentation requirements including MSDS/SDS, HS codes, COO, and compliance documents.
Ensure records are properly maintained for audit and traceability.- Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Service, and Finance teams.
Communicate delivery delays, technical issues, or changes in requirements promptly.
Support RMA coordination and customer follow-ups where needed.- After-Sales & Customer Support
Assist customers with basic after-sales enquiries and troubleshooting.
Coordinate service or RMA cases with internal teams and suppliers.
Ensure customer issues are followed through to closure.- Sales Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM / ERP systems.
Prepare basic sales reports, follow-up lists, and enquiry tracking.
Support sales forecasting and pipeline tracking when required.
