As a Telemarketer (Hybrid work + Leads Provided), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Proactively contact potential customers using company-provided leads to introduce insurance products and services.
Arrange and coordinate appointments for financial consultants or agents.
Promote insurance products, including cross-selling, upselling, and supporting policy renewals.
Respond to customer inquiries, clearly explain policy benefits, and ensure a high standard of customer experience.
Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in CRM systems.

Requirements:

Min 2 years’ experience in telemarketing/ tele-sales experience.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
