Full-time Centre Manager - Oodles Math (AMK Centre)

• Position: Centre Manager (Full-time)
• Location: 728 Ang Mo Kio Ave 6
• StartDate: Mid-April 2026

• Keep the centre running smoothly with daily admin and operations
• Help achieve student enrolment and retention goals
• Communicate warmly with parents/guardians and respond promptly to queries
• Liaise with HQ on tuition programmes and learning materials
• Manage payments and keep records accurate
• Coordinate teachers’ schedules to ensure smooth class operations
• Support student reviews and promotions
• Ensure student safety and well-being
• Maintain a clean, welcoming centre and classrooms stocked with materials
• Assist with ad-hoc projects when needed

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in education, retail, airlines, or other customer-focused industries
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
• Kind and nurturing with children; professional with parents
• Organised, reliable, and proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Able to work

∙ Wednesday to Friday: 1:00pm – 9:00pm

∙ Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am – 6:30pm

• Open to Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents only
