Are you a dog and cat lover looking to work in a fun and rewarding environment? We're looking for a full-time experienced Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team at our pet hotel.
In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations by managing client accounts, coordinating check-ins and check-outs for our furry guests, handling bookings and enquiries, and providing top-notch customer service. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager to help keep everything running smoothly.
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong administrative skills, and a genuine love for animals. If you're great with people and pets, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer recovery when needed
- Communicate with clients primarily via WhatsApp and phone
- Manage bookings and respond to enquiries
- Verify and record AVS-required documentation
- Process payments and ensure accurate settlement of accounts
- Assist with pet care duties when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative and customer service roles
- Comfortable handling both dogs and cats
- Able to communicate clearly in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Preferably Singaporean or Permanent Resident
