IT Service Desk Engineer (1 year contract) - Reputable Company

Mon-Fri: Office hours

Looking to build your foundation in IT support within a global tech environment? Join a fast-paced team where you’ll get hands-on experience managing IT issues, supporting users, and working on service requests that matter.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st-level support via phone/email to end-users
  • Attend to onsite support requests and service tickets
  • Log and track all incidents until resolved and closed
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal support teams
  • Set up user accounts, configure networks, and support hardware
  • Follow up to ensure systems are functional post-troubleshooting
  • Document technical notes and user guides
  • Support IT-related projects and other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Business IT, or related field
  • 0-2 years of IT experience preferred
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in an IT support role
  • Singaporeans only
