• Maintain an efficient and reliable purchasing system
• Source materials locally and overseas
• Conduct price comparisons and negotiate with suppliers.
• Assist in issue PO for purchasing of goods, plant, machinery and raw materials
• Monitor stock levels and support project material delivery requirements
• Assist incoming and outgoing shipment
• Coordinate and monitor on equipment maintenance.
• Perform general administrative tasks.
• Handle and direct incoming calls, messages, and walk-in enquiries in a professional manner.
• Provide administrative support to the HR/Admin and Purchasing departments.
• Assist in organising and supporting company events.
• Any other duties assigned
