Responsibilities

Manage the execution and supervision of construction work activities in accordance with the project timeline.
Oversee, coach, and mentor the entire project team under your leadership.
Work closely with clients, inter-departments, sub-contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Oversee all construction work activities and ensure that the quality and quantity of work meet the project requirements.
Plan, coordinate and schedule on-site work, selection of construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement usage, etc.
Highlight any technical discrepancies and resolve any technical issues with the electrical / design teams.
Ensure all work activities are in compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and practices.
Attend site meetings with project clients, sub-contractors, and vendors and provide updates on the site's progress.
Prepare monthly reports for management.
Attend site walk when required.

Requirements

Minimum degree in engineering or equivalent, and above.
Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in construction industry.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Good in verbal and written communication.
Ability to problem solve and time management.
Knowledge of construction worksite safety practices.
Pro-active, resourceful, and able to work with various stakeholders.
