About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic university graduate to join our Human Resources team in Singapore in a highly developmental role. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR by supporting the Singapore HR Manager in delivering day-to-day HR assistance to Singapore-based employees, while also serving as a Special Assistant to the Head of HR, Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

HR Support – Singapore
  • Support the Singapore HR Manager in providing day-to-day HR assistance to employees in Singapore.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration, including employee records management.
  • Respond to employee queries and support the coordination of HR processes, documentation, and activities in compliance with local policies and procedures.
Special Assistant – Head of HR, Asia Pacific
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Head of HR, Asia Pacific.
  • Manage calendar scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with organizing HR events, team meetings, workshops, and regional engagements.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
General Support
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across different functions and locations.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in HR processes and team support.
What We Are Looking For
  • Fresh university graduate, preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong service mindset.
