Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies across all channels to promote organisational-wide initiatives effectively;
  • Develop and create engaging content and marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, social media and digital content, for various initiatives and products
  • Support and coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless and timely execution of marketing strategies and tactics;
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities for the various initiatives and products;
  • Assist in organising and executing marketing campaigns, events, launches, and distribution of collaterals;
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns;
  • Support in the management and application of tagging to all product and marketing assets on digital touchpoints to aid in resource, collection, and programmes discovery across all owned channels, touchpoints, where applicable

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates from Mass Communication, Communication Management, Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or New Media related disciplines preferred
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder and project management skills
  • Strong writing, design and presentation skills
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) would be advantageous
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working collaboratively and iteratively to contribute to team goals
