We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our thriving team and drive the next phase of growth in Microsoft Dynamics ERP. He/She will be responsible for building, signing off on, and executing the ERP Cloud ( BC & F&O ), Developing a Go-to-Market plan to acquire customers for MS Dynamics-related services/solutions, and understanding the Install Base/ users of MS Dynamics ERP to upsell/cross-sell.

Key Responsibilities :

  • New Business Development: Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the client base for our solutions.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand clients' business needs and pain points, and effectively articulate various offerings with amicable objection handling and can drive value for their organization.
  • Presentation and Demos: Able to demonstrate solutions and make presentations to showcase the features and benefits of solutions to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, establishing trust and rapport to facilitate successful sales processes.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up and progression through the sales cycle.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and forecasts, utilizing CRM and sales management tools effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the solutioning team and other internal stakeholders to align sales activities.Able to identify and work with new customers to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how we can deliver value. This role requires working closely with the Sales Leaders, Sales & Marketing Representatives, and other key stakeholders to engage with both IT and Business in ERP customer companies
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech / MBA/PGDBM (Full-Time ) with a good academic record
  • Open to travel International
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
  • ~10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS, technology, or related solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsin a competitive B2B sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS based solutions and the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate their value to potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for business growth and success.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales management toolsfor effective pipeline management and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
