Your Role
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including handling customer enquiries and coordinating with Sales Executives.
  • Manage sales order processing, quotations, and delivery coordination to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 procedures.
  • Utilize ERP systems for order processing, reporting, and data management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Support contract billing, renewal notices, and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Prepare and compile sales reports for management review.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
  • Prior experience in sales administration or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
