- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including handling customer enquiries and coordinating with Sales Executives.
- Manage sales order processing, quotations, and delivery coordination to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 procedures.
- Utilize ERP systems for order processing, reporting, and data management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Support contract billing, renewal notices, and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Prepare and compile sales reports for management review.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in sales administration or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
