About Us

We are a growing HR consultancy providing end-to-end Human Resources support to clients across various industries. Our services include HR advisory, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR documentation, and ongoing HR operations support.

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our Founder in daily operations, client management, and business administration.

Role Overview

As the Virtual Assistant, you will be the Founder’s right hand—helping streamline operations, manage communication, coordinate client activities, and ensure that projects run smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting others, and has strong administrative and communication skills. Experience in HR or HR-related functions is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
  • Handle email monitoring, drafting, and prioritization
  • Organize digital files, documents, and project trackers
Client & Project Coordination
  • Assist with onboarding new HR clients
  • Maintain client records, service agreements, and project timelines
  • Coordinate HR service deliverables (e.g., recruitment updates, HR policy drafts, reports)
  • Follow up with clients on statuses, deadlines, and required documents
HR Support (Generalist-Level Tasks)
  • Draft simple HR templates (offer letters, reminders, job postings, etc.)
  • Conduct basic candidate screening (CV filtering, scheduling interviews)
  • Support with research on HR best practices and labor regulations (as needed)
Operations & Business Support
  • Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Support social media scheduling and basic content coordination (optional)
  • Manage invoicing, receipts, and simple bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana), and virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, especially with HR-related information
  • Experience in HR admin or supporting HR functions is advantageous
