Logistics Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

The Logistics Coordinator supports Yum Cha's delivery and catering operations by overseeing delivery scheduling, coordinating with drivers, communicating with customers, and ensuring readiness of catering equipment and food items. The role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth and timely catering fulfillment and maintaining service quality standards.

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and routes with in-house and external drivers for both delivery and catering orders
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding delivery and catering updates or issues
• Maintain and manage the catering checklist, ensuring all food items and equipment are packed and ready
• Assist driver(s) with catering setups on-site when required
• Monitor and ensure all catering equipment are properly cleaned, maintained and stored
• Work closely with kitchen operations teams to aligh delivery timelines and order readiness
• Support any ad-hoc logistics tasks or operational needs from the Central Kitchen
• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field
• 1-2 years experience in F&B operations, catering logistics, or similar role
• Ability to multi-task, plan ahead, and work under time-sensitive conditions
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Physically fit and willing to assist with manual handling when needed
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene preferred
