Assistant /Manager, Business Analysis & Strategic Planning

Who We Need

Join our team and closely collaborate with the Divisions across the hospital to provide strategic and analytical oversight on business performance. In this role, you will:

• Conduct analysis and projection of relevant hospital/ industry statistics paired with market intelligence to support strategic business decision making
• Keep abreast of industry developments to ensure hospital remains competitive and innovative
• Support planning and operational decisions by partnering with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and business needs
• Lead the annual business planning exercise through organising of various retreat sessions to facilitate the development of strategic plans driving growth in our Mission
• Track the progress of identified key strategic projects and hospital’s key performance indicators for management reporting, ensuring alignment in methodology across cross-functional teams
• Oversee business intelligence efforts through the creation & maintenance dashboards, reports, and data visualisations for diverse stakeholders

• Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics or relevant
• At least 5 years in corporate planning or data analytics experience
• Healthcare experience advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Detail oriented, possess strong reasoning with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
• Experience with algorithms and coding proficiency with tools such as R/ Python/ SQL and use of business analytics tools
