HR Executive -

• Managing recruitment efforts such as writing and posting ads.
• Assist on HR matters.
• Conduct full on-boarding process of new hires and orientation related activities as well as exit interviews.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Conduct salary survey, develop budget and implement benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Proactively build and ensure a continuous supply of strong talent pool through constant and effective sourcing techniques for open jobs and in anticipation of future talent needs.
• Work closely with managers to understand the hiring requirements, project and build future pipelines, and source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platfforms
• Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)Job Requirements:
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
• People oriented, versatile with interpersonal and ethical conduct skills.
• Excellent decision-making and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Knowledgeable on employment legislation matters including CPF, MOM and IRAS matters.
