Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and proactive HR Executive with a strong focus on HRIS implementation, HR digitalisation, and digital transformation initiatives.
This role will play a key part in driving the implementation and optimisation of HR systems, supporting process automation, and enhancing HR operational efficiency. You will also support other HR operations working closely with the HR Director to improve overall employee experience across the region.
Key Responsibilities- HRIS Implementation, Digitalisation & Transformation (Primary Focus)
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HRIS systems
- Drive HR digitalisation and digital transformation initiatives, including automation of workflows (e.g. onboarding, leave, claims, performance management)
- Review and streamline existing HR processes, identifying opportunities for process re-engineering and automation
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth system rollout and integration
- Ensure data accuracy, system governance, and proper documentation
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance HR efficiency and scalability
- HR& Admin General Support
- Prepare and support HR-related reports, data tracking and other adhoc HR/Admin support
- Support HR transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Assist in organisational changes and integration activities
- Coordinate and organise staff engagement activities and company events (e.g. team bonding, townhalls, celebrations)
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to HR digital transformation or HRIS implementation
- Experience supporting or participating in process automation / HR transformation projects
- Experience in payroll processing and working with payroll vendors
- Experience handling government grants, claims, or HR-related submissions
- Familiarity with Singapore / Malaysia / HK employment laws (regional exposure is an advantage)
- Experience working with HR systems with AI agent features
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in HR process re-engineering and workflow automation
- Exposure to multi-country HR operations
- Experience in ESG or HR data reporting is an advantage
