About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to play a key role in driving revenue growth. You will handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and close deals in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. If you thrive on building relationships and achieving sales targets, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and acquire new business opportunities
- Identify opportunities during tele-qualification and manage the full sales cycle
- Overcome competitive and technical objections while positioning solutions effectively
- Deliver persuasive business content to potential customers
- Achieve quarterly targets for pipeline generation and closed revenue
- Maintain consistent engagement with prospects via phone, email, and video calls
- Stay updated on company products, technology, and solutions
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers on go-to-market strategies
- Record customer details and maintain accurate CRM data
- Provide internal support and respond to customer inquiries
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or process optimization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation
