SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Tai Seng MRT (5-minute walk)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition and deal closure. This role is suited for individuals who are confident in meeting clients, generating opportunities, and building long-term business relationships.

• Identify and develop new clients through outreach, research, networking, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Meet clients and present company services clearly and professionally
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
• Close sales and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Track, update, and report sales activities
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support client needs

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident in negotiation and closing deals
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good time management and coordination skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Office
• Willing to travel for client meetings when required
