Job Responsibilities :

• Lead, train, and manage a team of project and system engineers
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Allocate tasks based on team members’ skills and expertise
• Maintain clear communication within the team
• Conduct performance evaluations and set goals
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Service, IT, Finance, and Admin teams
• Evaluate new products/systems for inclusion in company offerings
• Assist Sales team in pre-sales and tender bidding
• Manage equipment purchasing and inventory
• Prepare project budgets and capital expenditure proposals
• Monitor sub-contractors and enforce ISO9002 procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Maintain quality to meet customer specifications

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Engineering (preferably in Electronics) or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the Security Industry
• Experience managing a team of 5 or more engineers
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions
