Passionate and customer-focused individuals are welcome to join our team as Passenger Service Officers at Changi Airport! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to passengers from check-in through departure.

• 6 days work week (Rotating shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivering a positive and memorable experience for every passenger.
• Managing check-in procedures and welcoming passengers as they arrive.
• Ensure the departure process is seamless and efficient for all travelers.
• Support passengers with special needs, offering dedicated assistance as required.
• Delivering customer service in premium lounges at Changi Airport.
