Assistant Finance Controller (6 Months Contract) #NKC

1. Risk & Compliance

• Support risk management and internal control processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in audits and implement improvements where needed

1. Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g. IFRS / local GAAP)
• Liaise with auditors and external service providers

1. Credit Control & Accounts Receivable

• Monitor customer credit and manage collections
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing issues

1. Treasury & Cash Management

• Manage daily cash flow and banking matters

1. Pricing & Contract Support

• Support contract review and pricing administration
• Maintain pricing records and ensure accuracy

1. Business & Management Reporting

• Prepare sales and performance reports
• Provide analysis to support business decisions

1. Cost Control & FP&A

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring
• Analyse variances and recommend improvements

1. Procurement Support

• Assist with purchase orders and invoice processing
• Support vendor coordination and documentation

• Min Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant finance experience
