This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Associate based in Singapore. The Legal Associate will handle daily responsibilities that support the firm’s legal services, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research and analysis, liaising with clients and other legal professionals, and providing assistance on various legal matters as required.

Requirements

Strong analytical abilities with a solid understanding of Singapore law and the legal industry
Proven experience in commercial litigation
Proven experience in preparing and reviewing legal documents
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a legal team
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
Professional demeanor with the capacity to maintain client confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree in law or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university
