Explain the purchasing process
Prepare the quotation, invoice etc
Check the authentication of incoming luxury items and jewelries
Simple translation support
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Non-experience is welcome to apply
Able to speak Japanese (JLPT N4 for above) to liaise with Japanese-speaking customers, clients and stakeholders
Good working attitude & punctuality
Willing to work on weekends
