We are running a confidential search for a Regional Demand & Supply Planner to oversee the end-to-end demand and supply planning cycle for the assigned market.
This role requires Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2) to support JAPAC market and counterparts.
about the job- Lead the demand and supply planning cycle, consolidating inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
- Drive accurate forecasting across product life-cycles, including new launches, promotions, and product transitions.
- Translate demand into supply requirements, secure allocations, and manage risks such as shortages or excess stock.
- Monitor key KPIs (forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health) and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Act as the planning lead in the S&OP process, partnering with senior management and regional/global teams.
- Min. JLPT N2
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Min. 3 years of strong experience in Demand & Supply planning
- Prior experience in luxury or consumer goods organisation
