The Role
An exciting opportunity to work in a busy, growing and award winning practice, with significant amount of energy arbitrations (particularly LNG disputes), construction and infrastructure disputes, wide range of commercial disputes and investment treaty arbitration.
Qualification and Experience- UK PQE NQ-3 PQE; Singapore 2-5 PQE; Australia 3-5 PQE; other jurisdictions: equivalent PQE
- Law degree from a reputable school with strong academic track record.
- International law firm background and/or international experience preferred.
- Good legal writing and drafting skills.
- Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic team player, ambitious, self-motivated, and resilient.
- Energy disputes experience, including LNG disputes experience a plus.
- Litigation advocacy and/or second working language proficiency a plus.
- Investment treaty arbitration experience a plus.
- Written assessment and references will be required.
