Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales Planning & Performance Management
- Analyse overall and departmental sales performance to identify key trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections, ensuring timely reviews and adjustments.
- Track performance against targets and recommend corrective actions to stay aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Business Planning & Strategic Support
- Support the development and execution of business plans aligned with organisational goals.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance revenue and operational performance.
- Project Planning & Cross-functional Coordination
- Plan and manage cross-functional projects such as store upgrades, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor timelines, track progress, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Management Reporting & Communication
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the communication and rollout of management directives across departments.
- Ensure clear alignment and effective information flow across all stakeholders.
