We are hiring a Retail Admin Assistant to support daily store operations and backend administrative functions in a retail environment.
Job Responsibilities- Perform daily store administrative support functions
- Process SAP-related documents (invoice verification, goods receipts, data entry, filing)
- Handle incoming calls and basic office coordination
- Support stock take and inventory activities
- Replenish office supplies and maintain store housekeeping items
- Assist Retail Manager with ad-hoc duties
- Minimum O Level / NITEC / Diploma (Retail or Hospitality preferred)
- 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or admin support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Monday to Friday
- 10:45am – 8:30pm
- $2,000 – $2,200 per month
- No long leave plans from October to mid-January (peak period)
