About the job

You will be responsible in managing and executing the end-to-end business audit cycle. Reporting directly to the Head of Internal Audit, you will lead complex operational, financial, and compliance audits across various business units. Your mission will be to identify risks, evaluate control effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Skills and experience required

You should have at least 6-8 years of experience in Audit, with significant exposure to the Insurance industry, or with a proven track record in a Big 4 firm or a reputable financial institution is highly advantageous. You should possess excellent stakeholder management, and communication skills.

In order to succeed, you should possess strong understanding of insurance business processes, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks.
