Join a high-performing audit team to oversee the integrity of distribution frameworks and ensure excellence in market conduct.

Drive the delivery of comprehensive thematic and risk-centered audits pertaining to distribution ethics and market behavior.
Engage with leadership across key business functions to provide strategic guidance on strengthening the control landscape.
Evaluate distribution workflows and incentive structures to ensure alignment with industry-standard governance.
Perform quality assurance assessments on advisory frameworks to identify and mitigate potential compliance gaps.
Leverage data analytics to monitor emerging risks within various financial advisory and agency channels.

Skills and experience required

At least 4 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management within the insurance or financial services sector.
Solid understanding of sales conduct regulations and regional governance frameworks.
Familiarity with the life insurance product lifecycle and operational distribution workflows.
Excellent reporting skills with the ability to present complex risks to diverse stakeholders with clarity.
Degree in Accountancy or Finance, with professional certifications like CIA or CPA being highly advantageous.
