Technical Manager - Property & facilities management (Contract)
You will also oversee vendors and service contracts, provide technical support to project and facilities teams, and work with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and safety of all technical infrastructure, including service EMS System, aircon, fire protection system.
Project Management: Planning and executing maintenance schedules (preventive and corrective), infrastructure upgrades, and capital projects.
Vendor and Contract Management: Coordinating with various stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service providers.
Compliance and Standards: Ensuring that all operations and projects comply with relevant safety standards, building codes of practice, and regulations.
Technical Support: Providing expertise and technical support to the construction or facilities team and coordinating with internal and external consultants.
Cost Optimization: Monitoring energy consumption and utility usage to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.Documentation: Maintaining all technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintenance logs.
Requirement:
- Experience 2 - 3years.
- Good English Communications and written skills
- Able to handle high volume of paperwork with accurately.
- Able to use MS Office, and Work Order System
