Customer Relations Officer - West (ID: 701894)

Responsibilities:

• Assist shoppers with downloading and installing the shopping rewards app.
• Provide hands-on support during campaign redemptions for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to execute mall promotions and member redemption programs.
• Address shopper and tenant feedback, offering timely assistance and effective resolutions to any complaints.
• Verify eligibility for social media winners, maintain records, and manage inventory with accuracy.
• Support on-ground campaigns and events, ensuring their successful execution.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Senior Executive in marketing and promotions.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Cheerful disposition with a passion for customer service.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of working independently.
• Competent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
