Customer Relations & Business Development Manager

1. Actively engage with guests within the venue to build strong relationships and enhance the overall customer experience.
2. Maintain and develop relationships with VIP and regular customers to encourage repeat visits.
3. Identify opportunities to convert walk-in customers into long-term clients through personalized engagement and follow-up.
4. Invite and host customers at the venue, ensuring they have an enjoyable entertainment experience.
5. Promote the venue’s packages, promotions, and entertainment offerings to customers.
6. Maintain regular communication with customers and follow up after visits to encourage repeat business.
7. Assist in coordinating reservations and customer arrangements together with the service team.
8. Support venue events, promotions, and marketing activities to increase customer engagement.
9. Work closely with management and service staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in customer relations, sales, hospitality, or entertainment industry preferred
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Service-oriented with the ability to handle customer needs and concerns professionally
