F&B Sales Assistant - Toa Payoh

Gaia Lifestyle Holdings Pte. Ltd. regularly measures and improves process quality, examines, and applies best industry practices, identifies new and advanced technological implementations as well as trains and develops our employees to keep them relevant.

• Handle enquiries on our F&B Brands (Emails, Phone Calls, Messaging or Face-to-Face)
• Manage scheduling for reservations, enquiries and client meeting
• Follow up and confirm with clients on all information pertaining to the events and organize information for accurate turnover once account turns definite
• Look out for related sales opportunities
• Track and generate reports such as Sales Budget and Performance, Monthly Reports, Payments
• Recce venue and/or outlet to arrange for clients to visit
• Understand our brands and products to market and pitch to potential clients
• Assist in closing sales and provide guidance to Operations team on event execution
• Handle actual day events with guidance from Reporting Manager
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

• Fresh graduates with the interest in F&B Sales are welcome to apply
• Prior F&B related experience would be advantageous
• Excellent customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills, including strong organisational and report writing skills
• Possess a positive and motivated personality with good initiative, and pro-active with a high level of commitment meeting deadlines
• Strong team player, meticulous, analytical and resourceful with the ability to work independently
• Able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and handle complex situations calmly and professionally
• Comfortable with working schedules on weekends when required
