Senior Operations Manager (F&B Manufacturing) - Geylang

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry with a strong presence within APAC. They are currently looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations across our production and warehouse functions.

THE ROLE

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for:

• Oversee daily production and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams, including production supervisors, line leads, warehouse staff, and maintenance teams.
• Manage inventory, materials flow, and demand forecasting in coordination with supply chain and procurement teams.
• Analyze performance data and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, drive operational excellence and process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Operations, Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in food & beverage manufacturing and warehousing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in team leadership, KPI management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
