Role focus

A flexible, on-ground events role designed for students who want real-world exposure beyond typical part-time work. You’ll gain hands-on experience in live event operations, people interaction, and structured execution in fast-moving environments.

• Assist with guest registration, welcoming, and providing directions
• Support ushering, seating arrangements, and crowd flow management
• Help with event setup, teardown, and basic logistics coordination
• Support program flow (timing cues, transitions, stage coordination)
• Optional: assist with basic content capture (photos and short clips)

• Confidence in public interaction and handling real-time situations under pressure
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills applicable across any industry
• Exposure and networking opportunities with professionals, partners, and speakers
• Real examples of responsibility and execution experience for interviews and resumes
