We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will assist the event manager or coordinator with pre-event preparation, on-site logistics, vendor communication, and post-event follow-up.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events (e.g., conferences, product launches, exhibitions, internal activities)
- Handle administrative tasks such as vendor coordination, booking venues, managing event materials, and preparing documents
- Support on-site logistics during events (e.g., registration, setup, breakdown, guest reception)
- Communicate effectively with vendors, sponsors, internal teams, and attendees
- Manage event inventory and promotional materials
- Track expenses and assist in post-event reporting
- Ensure event setup aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the event team
Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or above in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools
- Flexibility to work on evenings or weekends during events
- Passionate about event management and teamwork
