Our client, a logistics and trading company handling daily transport and distribution operations, is inviting qualified candidates to join as a Logistics Scheduler.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Quickly answers calls and emails, schedules and confirms jobs, and inputs customer data into company systems
• Manage daily operations of the route and distribution activities of the fleet to ensure that customers, assets and service requirements are employed efficiently
• Communicates delivery schedule to drivers daily.
• Monitor jobs completion to ensure compliance and completion.
• Tracking, data entry, and filing of records and paperwork.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE O Level and above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics scheduling or supply chain planning role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimise complex logistics workflows
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures and industry best practices

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : Ubi Crescent
• Working Days/Hours : 6 days, Monday to Saturday, 8.30am 5.30pm
• Salary : Up till $3800 basic + Variable Bonus
