Job Summary
Join THE WRITER'S PLACE team to support student recruitment, provide excellent customer service, and assist with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth tuition centre operations and student success.
Responsibilities- Recruit and enrol students by engaging with prospective customers and explaining course benefits
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer enquiries and feedback to maintain high satisfaction
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient centre functioning
- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and solving problems proactively
- Follow up with customers to drive enrolment and maintain positive relationships
- Maintain a confident, organised, and self-driven approach to meet centre goals
- Accompany female students to the toilet to ensure their safety and comfort
- Work hours: Tuesday to Friday, 10:00am to 7:30pm; Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Centre closed on Mondays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
- Locations: Woodlands Galaxy Community Club (5 min walk from Admiralty MRT) and Junction 10 mall (Bukit Panjang MRT)
