Academic Manager (EduTrust / Psychology)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Academic Manager to lead academic operations and ensure full compliance with EduTrust / ERF requirements. The ideal candidate has strong EduTrust experience and/or solid experience in Psychology / Counselling-related academic management, and is able to support curriculum development and continuous improvement.

• Manage academic operations and ensure day-to-day processes comply with EduTrust / ERF requirements (documentation, records, workflows, internal checks).
• Oversee academic administration, including lecturer coordination, class scheduling, academic records, assessments, and student-related academic processes.
• Support curriculum development and course enhancement (Psychology / Counselling programmes preferred).
• Prepare and maintain audit-ready documents, reports, and evidence for internal reviews and external assessments.
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, student services, admissions, compliance) to drive quality assurance and continuous improvement.

• Proven EduTrust experience (highly preferred), OR strong academic management experience in Psychology / Counselling / related fields.
• Familiar with PEI operational requirements, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Strong ability to plan, organise and execute administrative work with attention to detail.
• Experience in curriculum development / programme design is an advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

• Experience supporting EduTrust audits, internal reviews, and compliance documentation.
• Background in counselling psychology education, teaching management, or academic quality assurance.
