Key Account Manager [ Industrial / Manufacturing ] - Choa Chu Kang

Basic Salary: $5000 - $6000

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships within assigned customer portfolio to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
• Identify and acquire new accounts in targeted market segments and business fields.
• Monitor sales pipeline, project progress, and provide regular updates to management.
• Lead and coordinate price negotiations, ensuring competitive and profitable offerings.
• Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and profitability reports for assigned accounts.
• Participate in exhibitions and conferences to promote products, gather market insights, and identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer, project, and contract data in CRM and ERP systems.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies, share market information, and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical or industrial product sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with CRM tools
• Good communication and negotiation skills
