Logistics Coordinator/ Customer Admin | Entry level/ $2500 - $2700/ VB & AWS - Tampines

Job Scope:

• Handle admin tasks including sales orders, warehouse, and logistics coordination
• Prepare shipping documents (PO, DO, invoice, packing list, AWB, B/L)
• Coordinate delivery and trucking schedules with suppliers and forwarders
• Process full order cycle from order placement to delivery
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment
• Conduct regular inventory checks and updates
• Ensure timely order processing and fulfilment
• Manage shipments, receiving, storage, and stock records
• Arrange local and overseas shipments
• Respond to customer inquiries on orders and delivery
• Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms and import/export is a plus
• Good communication skills, organized, and able to multitask
• Attention to detail with good problem-solving abilities
