• Conveniently located — approximately a 5-minute walk from Sixth Avenue MRT (DT7), Exit A
• Key Responsibilities
• Assist dentists chair-side for a wide range of treatments
• Prepare dental materials and instruments for procedures
• Ensure proper sterilisation, infection control, and clinic cleanliness
• Manage stock and inventory
• Perform front desk duties (registration, cashiering, claims submission)
• Provide attentive and reassuring care to patients
• Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks
• Who We’re Looking For

• Entry-level candidates
• No experience required; structured training will be provided
• Suitable for those interested in building a career in healthcare
• Experienced dental assistants
• Able to work efficiently and support a fast-paced clinical environment

Salary will be commensurate with experience and ability.

Working Arrangements

• 5-day work week
• Includes:
• 1 weekend (9:30am – 6:00pm)
• 4 weekdays (9:30am – 8:30pm)
• Evening sessions required (up to 8:30pm)
• Shift-based schedule
• All Public Holidays Off

• Flexible scheduling (to be discussed)
• Prefer candidates able to commit weekends and/or evening sessions
• Minimum commitment preferred (e.g. 2–3 days/week)

• Minimum Secondary School / “O” Levels
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic IT literacy (clinic software, email)
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Able to commit to scheduled working hours
