Assistant Operations Executive (Up to $3K | 3 Days Work | Training Provided)

Join a fast-paced logistics environment supporting large-scale port operations.

• Plan and coordinate vessel stowage or container yard operations
• Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Work closely with internal teams to execute operational plans
• Support coordination of quay-side and yard activities
• Use system tools to track and manage container movements

• Diploma or A-Level qualification (or equivalent)
• Open to candidates with or without experience (training provided)
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including overnight

• Basic salary up to $3,000
• Monthly shift allowance (~$200)

• 3 Days Work / 2 Days Off (rotating schedule)
• 12-hour shifts:
• 7:30am – 7:30pm
• 7:30pm – 7:30am

• Pasir Panjang (near MRT)
• Tuas (company transport provided)
