Business Development Manager (Vehicle Leasing)

Job Focus:

We are seeking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and adapts quickly to changing priorities

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect and reach out to new clients to grow the vehicle leasing portfolio (strong focus on new business development)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
• Manage existing accounts, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities for further growth
• Understand client needs and develop suitable leasing solutions and customised proposals
• Provide consistent account servicing to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships
• Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and meet client needs
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence
