Business Development Manager - 3PL - Heavy Industry

• Contribute to corporate sales planning and strategy development
• Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence
• Identify, target, and expand customer base across key industries
• Promote and present service offerings to prospective and existing clients
• Develop pricing strategies and business models tailored to customer needs
• Prepare and submit proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements
• Manage customer enquiries and follow up in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate internally and with vendors to meet customer expectations
• Provide accurate and timely updates on market trends and customer insights
• Compile and submit sales reports, including analysis and performance tracking
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and responsiveness
• Drive new business development by actively identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
